Recruiter – Agency Channel Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter will lead talent acquisition for the exclusive agency channel, focusing on district managers, agency owners, and staff. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize approved recruiting sources and methods to attract candidates for agency‑related positions.
• Interview candidates, verify eligibility, explain opportunity value propositions, and guide them through the process.
• Maintain an active recruiting pipeline by engaging warm leads, hosting open houses, and updating candidate records promptly.
• Share market feedback, competitive intelligence, and best practices with peers and business partners.
• Execute proactive outreach, inbound lead monitoring, and targeted outbound campaigns.
• Collaborate with managers, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure smooth hand‑off of candidates.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies throughout the recruiting process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within agency or district‑level roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Ability to manage and update recruiting systems with accurate information.
• Excellent communication skills to present opportunities persuasively and professionally.
