About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at AMARTARANGINI Pvt Ltd in Haridwar, providing a calm and courteous welcome in line with the company’s focus on serenity and quality hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Answer, direct and log phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with other departments.
- Schedule appointments and handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and correspondence.
- Provide information about services and facilities, and address guest concerns promptly.
- Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and orderly.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or office administration training is a plus.
- Prior experience in hospitality or front‑office roles is beneficial.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks and present a professional appearance.
- Basic proficiency in English and Hindi; additional local language skills are advantageous.
