About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role involves managing the front desk on a daily basis while providing a range of administrative and clerical support across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.
- Distribute and collect correspondence, parcels, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and functional reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and follow established procedures.
- Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and basic record keeping.
