Receptionist – Front Desk & Patient Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage the front‑desk of our clinic in Greater Kailash‑I, New Delhi. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors with a courteous attitude.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient registrations, maintain accurate records and manage consultation bookings.
• Process billing, issue receipts and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Address patient queries and provide accurate information about clinic services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive or Customer Service Executive.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with appointment management systems.
