Receptionist – Front Desk at Leading Skin Care Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our leading skin care and hair treatment clinic in Greater Kailash, New Delhi. The role combines front‑desk management, patient coordination and basic administrative duties in a fast‑paced medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and manage the reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and schedule appointments using our booking system.
• Register new patients, maintain accurate records and coordinate consultation and follow‑up bookings.
• Process billing, issue receipts and perform basic cash handling.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
• Answer patient queries and provide clear information about clinic services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive or Customer Service Executive.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with appointment management systems.
