Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Executive will work on‑site in Ahmedabad, driving sales of Vistara Group’s residential and industrial projects. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, pricing and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through various channels.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and assist with documentation to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics and market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, project management and finance.
• Participate in sales events, follow up with prospects and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of real‑property regulations.
• Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad real‑estate market and Vistara’s project portfolio.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of lead generation, negotiation and deal closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present properties persuasively.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple prospects and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
