Real Estate Agent – Residential & Commercial

About the role

VT GROUP is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to support the acquisition, redevelopment, and sale of residential and commercial properties in Udaipur. You will work closely with the investment and development teams, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and evaluate potential properties for acquisition.
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed property listings.
• Present listings to buyers and coordinate viewings.
• Manage relationships with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and assist with contract and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with the investment and development teams to align sales activities with project timelines.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real‑estate fundamentals.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Understanding of property valuation, local regulations, and transaction processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Udaipur, conduct field visits, and handle multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for listings, documentation, and reporting.
• Prior experience in brokerage, property sales, or investment‑focused real estate is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
