RCM Training Manager

About the role

The RCM Training Manager will lead the design, deployment and scaling of digital learning solutions for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams. Based in Bangalore, you will own end‑to‑end training programs for new hires, lateral moves and leadership, ensuring alignment with business metrics, client SLAs and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy covering onboarding, role‑based refreshers and leadership development.
• Partner with operations leaders to align training with quality, productivity and SLA targets.
• Design SOP‑driven, competency‑based modules and oversee their digitisation (e‑learning, micro‑learning, simulations).
• Manage a geographically dispersed team of trainers, content developers and facilitators; conduct trainer calibration and quarterly capability reviews.
• Implement AI‑powered learning tools, automation readiness and system usage training.
• Maintain dashboards on training effectiveness, speed‑to‑proficiency, knowledge retention and audit readiness.
• Deploy and administer the LMS (preferably Workday LMS) and create role‑specific learning paths.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in RCM business training.
• Proven track record of launching scalable digital learning solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled learning platforms.
• Strong team‑leadership and mentorship abilities.
