RCC Dam Engineer

About the role

Provide senior-level technical oversight for Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) dam construction, ensuring compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee RCC dam construction activities on site.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project schedule and manage timelines.
• Supervise construction teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Implement quality control procedures and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in dam construction projects.
• Extensive site experience with concrete/RCC gravity dams (mandatory).
• Experience in large hydropower projects is preferred.
