Raw Material Scheduler

About the role

ExxonMobil is seeking a Raw Material Scheduler to support its Lubes Value Chain S&OP function. The role will advise the S&OP organization on component supply, prepare forecasts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted raw material availability for lubricant production.

Key responsibilities

• Advise S&OP on all matters related to component supply and raw material strategy.
• Prepare accurate demand forecasts and oversee implementation of component changes.
• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment on raw‑material plans.
• Lead discussions on component reformulations, supplier transitions, and business continuity activities.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on critical component supply continuity.
• Represent mid‑stream supply‑chain considerations in cross‑functional forums.
• Manage supply disruptions and execute recovery plans to protect finished‑product supply.
• Maintain robust supplier relationships and ensure compliance with brand and product integrity frameworks.

Required profile

• Experience advising S&OP organizations on component supply.
• Strong analytical ability to generate and maintain demand forecasts.
• Proven capability to manage supplier relationships and coordinate cross‑functional alignment.
• Experience handling supply disruptions and implementing recovery actions.
• Ability to work with global and regional teams on business continuity.
