About the role

We are looking for a motivated production worker to join our mattress manufacturing line in Zgierz, near Łódź. The role involves hands‑on tasks on the assembly line, ensuring mattresses are prepared and moved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Remove excess foam from mattresses to meet quality standards.
• Place mattresses onto the conveyor belt for further processing.
• Unload finished mattresses from the belt and prepare them for packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area on the production floor.

Required profile

• Men or women up to 50 years of age.
• Physical stamina for standing and manual handling throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic manual dexterity and ability to operate simple production tools.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent employment.
• Net hourly wage of 25 zł, with a higher rate of 30.50 zł for students.
• Work in a stable manufacturing environment close to Łódź.
