Quantity Surveyor – I

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support project and cost management across assigned construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities and ensuring financial performance aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs and cost plans.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, measurement and valuation of works.
• Support tender documentation, bid evaluation and contractor selection.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, claims and interim payments.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and contractors to ensure cost compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Relevant experience in cost management and quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, measurement and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with quantity surveying or cost management software tools.
