Quantity Surveyor – Civil (6-10 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in civil projects to join our team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for post‑contract administration, commercial management, and cost control across large‑scale construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders.
• Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports.
• Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
• Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor on civil projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract management principles and QS practices.
• Technical understanding of civil and MEP construction works.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with quantity surveying documentation.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract management.
