Quantitative Trainer – Immediate Joiner (Jodhpur)

About the role

FACE Prep is seeking a Quantitative Trainer to join its Jodhpur centre immediately. The role involves delivering classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude and related topics to help students prepare for tech‑industry placement exams and interviews. You will work full‑time on‑site, collaborating with other faculty to continuously improve the curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver engaging lessons on arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation and other quantitative topics.
• Create, review and update practice questions, mock tests and assessments aligned with placement exam patterns.
• Track learner progress, provide individualized feedback, and clarify doubts to improve speed and accuracy.
• Support students in exam and interview readiness through mock sessions and real‑world placement scenarios.
• Collaborate with the academic team to refine training content and teaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong command of quantitative aptitude subjects with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience in classroom teaching, coaching or training for placement, competitive or campus recruitment exams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a learner‑centred approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management or a related field.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the Jodhpur centre and support a diverse, inclusive learner base.
