Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation Faculty (Jodhpur)

About the role

Toprankers is seeking a passionate Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning faculty to mentor students preparing for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other aptitude‑based examinations. The role involves delivering high‑quality classroom and online sessions and guiding learners toward strong academic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Mentor students through doubt‑solving, one‑on‑one sessions and exam‑strategy guidance.
• Analyze mock test performance, identify learning gaps and collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum.
• Participate in faculty training, workshops and represent Toprankers at outreach events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or related field; MBA or strong aptitude background preferred.
• 2–6 years of teaching experience for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT or similar exams; freshers with exceptional scores may also be considered.

Required skills

• Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude concepts.
• Excellent understanding of Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Ability to teach across varying learning levels and manage both offline and online classes.
