Quality Specialist – Spanish (Transportation)

About the role

The Last Mile Analytics & Quality team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist who will provide first‑level support for driver and delivery programs. The role focuses on improving the customer experience by analyzing delivery issues, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Use Spanish (B2+) to communicate with stakeholders and analyze case‑level inputs.
• Identify predictors and causes of business‑related problems and apply case‑level corrections to enhance delivery performance.
• Spot opportunities for improvement and present findings to managers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional resources to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses when data is available.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism under pressure, and make sound judgments.
• Proactive in identifying problems before they occur and implementing preventive measures.

Required skills

• Fluency in Spanish (B2+ certification).
