Quality Manager - Product

About the role

Siemens is looking for a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management Function for its Buildings Business within Smart Infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the QMS (ISO 9001) and ensure audit readiness.
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Define process interactions, set quality objectives, and develop improvement plans.
• Lead risk management, change management, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action (CAPA) activities.
• Monitor quality performance, prepare KPI reports, and manage customer complaints and non‑conformities.
• Support product safety audits and coordinate product/process certifications (BIS, UL, FM, etc.).
• Collaborate with Business Development, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Global Quality teams.
• Ensure TRS and product safety compliance and reporting.

Required profile

• B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in industrial or building‑automation environments.
• Proven experience as an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, A3/8D problem‑solving, and CAPA processes.
• Experience with product and process certification management.
