About the role
The Quality Engineering Lead will guide a team of quality engineers in planning, testing, and integrating ecosystem components to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality throughout the application lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements.
- Define, track, and report key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage test execution, defect resolution, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment.
- Implement and evolve quality assurance processes and CI/CD pipelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and quality metrics.
- Proven ability to lead teams and make technical decisions.
