Quality Data Analyst (Data Testing/ PowerBI/ SQL and Six Sigma/ Lean)

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Data Analyst to drive data‑based quality improvements across projects and processes. You will combine data testing, analytics, and continuous‑improvement methodologies to identify trends, root causes and actionable insights that boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse quality‑related data from projects, processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and performance reports using Excel, Power BI and SQL.
• Conduct quality audits and compliance reviews against organisational standards.
• Identify trends, risks, defects and root causes through data analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to quality processes, governance requirements and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders and leadership to drive improvements.
• Track and report metrics such as rework, defect leakage, audit findings, compliance scores and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance, data analytics, process improvement or project governance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable quality improvements.
