About the role
The Quality Assurance Specialist – Clinical will support and maintain the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across clinical, pharmaceutical and medical‑device activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the QMS, including SOPs, change controls, and quality documentation.
- Manage CAPA, deviations, non‑conformances and conduct quality investigations.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
- Review documentation and drive continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology or related field.
- 2–3 years of QA experience in a clinical, pharmaceutical, medical‑device or healthcare environment.
- Hands‑on experience with CAPA and deviation management.
- Knowledge of ISO and applicable regulatory quality standards.
- Strong documentation, analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
