Quality Assurance Manager – Healthcare (Goa)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA function within a leading healthcare and medical‑technology organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management system (QMS) requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the Quality Assurance function, ensuring adherence to QMS, GMP, GDP and other regulatory standards.
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, including document control, change control, deviations, incidents and CAPA processes.
• Manage audits, risk‑management activities, investigations and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee QA activities across manufacturing and laboratory operations.
• Review and maintain SOPs, Quality Manuals, validation documentation and Annual Product Quality Reviews.
• Lead customer complaint management, cross‑functional quality initiatives and team training programs.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulations.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Confidence in managing audits and inspections.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and across departments.
