Quality Assurance Engineer II – Salesforce & Agentforce

About the role

As a Software Quality Engineer II you will serve as a senior quality engineering professional responsible for driving testing strategy, automation excellence, and release confidence across complex Salesforce and Agentforce implementations. You will partner with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define comprehensive testing strategies, lead test planning, and establish quality objectives for Salesforce, Agentforce, and integrated enterprise solutions.
• Design and oversee test coverage for complex end‑to‑end business processes, including integration, API, data validation, and AI‑powered workflow testing.
• Lead development of scalable automation frameworks, improve automation coverage, and introduce AI‑assisted testing approaches.
• Mentor and coach Quality Engineers, provide technical leadership during defect triage and release activities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor quality metrics, defect leakage trends, and release health indicators, contributing to governance reviews and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, with proven leadership on large‑scale enterprise systems.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce platforms and enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated success driving automation initiatives and improving quality outcomes.
• Experience mentoring and developing Quality Engineers; Salesforce and automation certifications are highly desirable.
