Quality Assurance Consultant (Internal Controls)

About the role

Chain IQ is looking for a Quality Assurance Consultant to strengthen its internal control framework. Based in the Bucharest Shared Services Center, you will support the Head of Internal Control and ensure that all locations use reporting, analysis and control systems effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for internal control processes across Chain IQ locations and client sites.
• Act as escalation point for internal and external customer requests, delivering timely solutions.
• Help design, implement and maintain the internal control plan for the Bucharest SSC and the wider organization.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs and other objectives, reporting on results.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and optimisation of existing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and process enhancement.
• Good understanding of internal control principles and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Experience with reporting and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with KPI and SLA monitoring.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and best practices.
