QC Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The QC Training Specialist will lead learning and development initiatives for Amazon's Micro Fulfillment Centres (MFCs). You will identify knowledge gaps, design training interventions, and support site leaders to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
• Proactively recommend solutions and support mapped hubs and MFCs toward meeting objectives.
• Track site performance and pre‑announce training interventions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for assigned sites.
• Manage live performance metrics end‑to‑end for the assigned sites.
• Deliver learning sessions on new processes and standard SOPs via ITL or digital platforms.
• Maintain data and analysis through relevant reports as required.
• Ensure timely completion of digital new‑hire training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders to conduct site health checks and address gaps immediately.
• Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics.
• Conduct online and classroom training sessions for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
