QC Productivity Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive QC Productivity Manager to lead the definition, digitisation and reporting of quality‑control productivity metrics across our laboratories. The role combines data‑driven analysis with Lean‑manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and support the rollout of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and standardise productivity metrics in collaboration with QC teams.
• Digitise data collection processes and generate monthly QC productivity reports for all labs.
• Identify improvement levers, develop action plans and track progress against targets.
• Manage cross‑functional projects related to the deployment of new QC technologies.
• Monitor and communicate performance trends to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in operations or quality‑control environments.
• Educational background: MBA, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑value projects.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Minitab for statistical analysis.
• Lean Manufacturing principles.
