QC Manager – Hardlines & Home Textiles (India, North)

About the role

Quince is seeking a QC Manager to lead quality initiatives for hardlines and home textiles in the northern region of India. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to embed quality checkpoints throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Sourcing, Merchandising and suppliers to embed early‑stage quality checkpoints.
• Lead supplier quality and compliance assessments, guiding suppliers on best practices.
• Interpret in‑process and analytical data to evaluate quality, recommend improvements and ensure resolution.
• Present on‑site to supervise supplier QC personnel or perform QC actions for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve quality‑related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to customer complaints related to product quality.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with QA, sourcing, merchandising and supplier teams.
• Proven ability to lead supplier quality assessments and drive compliance.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting quality data.
• Hands‑on experience conducting inspections, audits and on‑site QC supervision.
• Ability to address customer quality complaints effectively.
