Project Manager - Mineral & Mining

About the role

BEUMER Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mineral and mining projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including third‑party vendors, for flawless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress using MS Project or Primavera, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure resource availability, allocate tasks based on team strengths, and track performance against short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Perform risk management, maintain comprehensive documentation, and report status to management.
• Engage with clients to capture detailed requirements and present comprehensive project plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital goods, material handling, automation, robotics, or related high‑value project industries.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
