About the role
OMS Software is looking for an automation-focused QA Engineer in Bengaluru to build and scale its test suite. As the platform grows across more lab types, standards and markets, manual testing alone cannot keep pace, so you will design the automation framework that lets the team ship faster without sacrificing quality.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain an automated regression suite for the OMS platform
- Implement end-to-end test automation for critical workflows such as job creation, test reporting, calibration records and certificate generation
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous quality gates
- Work with the manual QA team to identify high-value test cases for automation
- Perform API automation testing alongside UI test coverage
- Analyse test failures, identify root causes and collaborate with developers on fixes
- Maintain test data, environment configuration and reporting dashboards
