QA Analyst – Data Quality & Regulatory Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a QA Analyst to ensure high‑quality regulatory data in our AI‑driven SaaS platform. The role focuses on achieving accuracy targets, completing reviews within SLAs and supporting automation of validation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve QA accuracy targets (95–98%+ or higher).
• Complete assigned QA reviews within agreed SLAs.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Become proficient in CUBE's QA processes and regulatory data standards.
• Support automation initiatives by identifying repetitive manual validation tasks.
• Contribute to improving QA documentation and checklists.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration across multiple Data Quality teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders on data quality assurance.
• Proven ability to analyze data sets to detect inconsistencies, errors and anomalies.
• Experience working with data quality teams to implement controls, validations and automated checks.
• Familiarity with data governance policies and regulatory compliance.
• Up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data quality.
