Lead QA Analyst – Data Quality & Compliance

About the role

Lead QA Analyst at CUBE, a global RegTech company delivering AI‑powered SaaS solutions for regulatory compliance. You will drive quality assurance initiatives across data quality teams in India and Sri Lanka, ensuring high‑accuracy validation of regulatory data.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve QA accuracy targets of 95‑98% or higher and complete reviews within agreed SLAs.
• Lead planning and execution of quality assurance initiatives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define QA strategies.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Identify recurring quality issues, recommend process improvements, and support automation of repetitive validation tasks.
• Develop and report key QA metrics, manage resource allocation, and coordinate with data governance teams to implement automated data quality checks.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in data‑intensive or regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead QA initiatives, manage resources, and deliver high‑quality outputs on schedule.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple data quality teams and with stakeholders in Sri Lanka and India.
• Experience mentoring team members and establishing QA standards and processes.
