Q-Commerce Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Q‑Commerce Marketing Analyst to drive insights and growth across leading quick‑commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket. The role will support the marketing team by analysing market trends, consumer behavior and platform performance to enhance brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Quick Commerce market trends, consumer behavior, and category performance across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and BigBasket.
• Monitor platform visibility, banners, search rankings, and promotional activities.
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, assortment gaps, and new launches in the Q‑Commerce ecosystem.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on platform performance, campaign visibility, and market insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and improve brand presence across Q‑Commerce platforms.
• Analyze consumer trends and buying patterns to support marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, keyword trends, and customer engagement metrics.
• Share actionable insights based on market intelligence and platform analytics.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• 2–5 years of experience in Q‑Commerce, e‑commerce analytics, digital marketing analytics, or FMCG marketing.
• Proven experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Instamart, BigBasket or similar.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG market trends and category analysis.
