Python Developer - HR Strat/Engineer

About the role

This role drives HR service delivery automation, process optimisation, AI adoption and operational transformation initiatives. The candidate partners with senior business, HR COO and technology stakeholders to design and implement scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve workforce decision‑making and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy HR applications, workflow solutions and internal tools.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs and data pipelines.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancement.
• Drive GenAI, workflow automation and technology adoption initiatives within HR.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, workflow products or internal business applications.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and convert complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Experience in transformation, automation, AI enablement, operational excellence or consulting environments is highly desirable.
