Purchase Executive - Electronics Procurement

About the role

Monalisa Group of Services is hiring a Purchase Executive in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, to manage procurement for electronics products. The role covers vendor management, cost negotiation and end-to-end supply chain oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new vendors and reduce dependency on a single vendor by finding alternatives.
• Negotiate costs and optimise pricing.
• Follow up vendors daily to avoid delays in procurement.
• Use modern tools to forecast shortages and plan raw material stock.
• Visit vendors for evaluation and assist the QC team.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including rejections, subcontracting and job work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience managing procurement in the electronics or electrical domain.
• Clear, crisp and professional communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate without compromising product quality.
• Strong execution ability and strong analytical skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of electronics, product assembly and electrical panels.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Salary: 3 to 5 LPA (CTC).
