Public Relations Manager

About the role

Crosshairs Communication is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Manager to join its New Delhi or Mumbai office. You will work closely with luxury, hospitality, fashion, beauty and culture brands to shape their voice, build media relationships and drive visibility in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic PR campaigns that boost brand awareness.
• Develop compelling press materials, media narratives and brand stories.
• Identify timely media opportunities and cultural moments for brand placement.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with journalists, editors and key industry influencers.
• Lead day‑to‑day client communication and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into PR opportunities.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all media platforms and brand touchpoints.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in public relations, media relations or brand communications.
• Strong network within lifestyle, luxury, fashion, hospitality or culture media.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or brand strategy is a plus.
