Public Relations Manager – Corporate Communications

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead Allana Consumer Products Limited’s public relations and corporate communication strategy, strengthening brand reputation and building stakeholder trust. You will be responsible for shaping messaging, managing media relations, and guiding crisis communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual PR and corporate communication plan aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with national, regional and trade media; secure positive coverage across print, TV, digital and business publications.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, interview briefs and coordinate press conferences and product launch events.
• Monitor media coverage, manage corporate reputation, and lead crisis communication response plans.
• Draft speeches, presentations, newsletters and other leadership communications for internal and external audiences.
• Drive internal communication initiatives, including employee newsletters, town‑hall content and leadership updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or related fields.
• Proven ability to design and implement strategic communication plans.
• Strong media network and experience managing media relations at a national level.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting senior leadership.
