Public Relations Executive – Media Agency

About the role

We are a dynamic media agency based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, delivering advertising solutions across hoardings, print, events, radio and TV. We are seeking a proactive Public Relations Executive to strengthen our communications team and drive media visibility for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR strategies that align with client and brand objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors and media agencies.
• Organise pre‑meetings with media and clients ahead of campaigns and events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client‑related PR matters.
• Lead digital PR initiatives, including online media coverage, influencer outreach and reputation management.
• Draft press releases, media notes and other PR content.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed PR reports for clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within a media or advertising agency.
• Strong network of journalists and media agency contacts.
• Proven track record in digital PR and online media management.
• Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field (preferred).
