Public Relations Executive

About the role

We are a media agency based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, delivering advertising solutions across hoardings, newspapers, events, radio and TV. We are seeking a proactive Public Relations Executive to lead PR strategies, manage media relationships and enhance our clients’ brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR strategies aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and media agencies.
• Organise pre‑meetings with media and clients ahead of campaigns or events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client PR matters.
• Drive digital PR initiatives, including online media coverage, influencer outreach and reputation management.
• Draft press releases, media notes and other PR content.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports for clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within a media or advertising agency.
• Strong network of journalist and media agency contacts.
• Proven experience in digital PR and online media management.
• Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
