Public Relations Executive

About the role

The Public Relations Executive will be based on an ITC Hotels property in Jaipur, handling day‑to‑day PR activities to boost the hotel’s brand visibility and reputation. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with marketing, operations and senior leadership to ensure consistent and compelling communication with media and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute press releases and other media materials.
• Coordinate media interactions, maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Pitch stories, cover events and create content for corporate communications.
• Monitor media coverage, compile PR reports and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute PR campaigns aligned with the hotel’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Strong public relations and media‑relations expertise.
• Excellent writing skills, especially for press releases.
• Effective communication abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, travel or lifestyle PR is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and local languages is a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and professional demeanor.
