Projects Engineer – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for a Projects Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead planning, execution and monitoring of multiple real‑estate development sites for Victorino Luxury Homes. The role combines technical oversight, regulatory compliance and coordination with architects, consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑acquisition due diligence, including site inspections, land surveys and feasibility assessments.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure compliance with local bye‑laws, development control regulations and building codes.
• Lead execution planning, scheduling and on‑site monitoring across several high‑rise projects.
• Manage material procurement, quality control, workmanship standards and site safety.
• Coordinate with government departments for approvals, technical discussions and documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, drawings, progress reports and audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• B.E. or equivalent engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a contracting firm, with exposure to at least two high‑rise buildings.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and responsibility skills.
• Experience in operations, coordination, administration or project management is preferred.
