Project Support Office (PSO) Analyst

About the role

The Project Support Office (PSO) Analyst provides centralized coordination, analytics, reporting and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple teams and locations. Working within a shared services model, the analyst ensures accurate resource planning, financial tracking and governance using tools such as Planisware.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer resource data in Planisware, supporting allocation tracking, demand‑capacity analysis and forecasting.
• Assist project managers and functional leads in resolving resource discrepancies and improving processes.
• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; analyse cost performance, track spend, accruals and identify variances.
• Develop, maintain and automate standardized PMO reports and dashboards covering utilization, project health, financial performance and portfolio metrics.
• Provide operational support throughout the project lifecycle, including project setup, schedule updates, cost inputs and governance activities.
• Promote consistency and best practices across offices by contributing to PMO documentation, templates and process improvements.
