Project Scheduler

About the role

The Project Scheduler will develop, update and monitor schedules for commercial and residential construction projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Mangaluru works closely with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams and subcontractors to ensure realistic timelines aligned with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise detailed project schedules using scheduling software.
• Track progress against baseline plans and identify delays or risks.
• Recommend corrective actions and support resource planning and allocation.
• Maintain schedule documentation and generate periodic reports for management.
• Communicate timelines and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders to improve overall project efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling or planning within the construction or real‑estate sector.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to track progress and mitigate schedule risks.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials and sequencing for commercial and residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent diploma with experience).
