Project Manager – Smart Infrastructure

About the role

Siemens is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of smart infrastructure projects that connect energy systems, buildings, and industries. Based in Thane, you will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using MS Project.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Perform risk management and claim management to minimize project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report status to management and customers.
• Visit customer sites for meetings, project activities, and support invoicing and collection.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech degree.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the SCADA industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
