Project Manager – Shopify/E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of Shopify and e‑commerce projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. You will be the trusted point of contact for our high‑growth DTC brands and the go‑to person for keeping projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Shopify Plus theme builds, from scoping with the client to sprint planning and aligning design, development and QA for timely launches.
• Manage US store launches for UK brands, handling currency, tax, shipping, content and cut‑over plans with zero downtime.
• Coordinate A/B testing roadmaps, brief the team, track live tests and report results to clients.
• Conduct weekly client calls to review shipped work, upcoming tasks, blockers and timeline impacts.
• Scope change requests and negotiate out‑of‑scope items professionally.
• Own final QA sign‑off before any release, ensuring quality standards are met.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing digital or e‑commerce projects.
• Working knowledge of Shopify or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent client communication skills, able to hold calls with founders confidently.
• Comfortable with Agile workflows and project‑management tools.
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.
• Clear written English for asynchronous client communication.
