Project Manager & Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master to lead the delivery of the MiDAS platform and related use‑cases. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with business priorities, and drive agile practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and control project milestones, dependencies, risks and issues for the MiDAS platform.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers, escalate impediments and promote continuous improvement.
• Track delivery status from concept through rollout and support quality gates and release readiness.
• Act as the central coordination point between the MiDAS core team and global business teams, providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Support adoption of the MiDAS engineering framework, DevOps practices and self‑service workflows.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience in project management, agile delivery or technical program coordination.
• Proven experience supporting software platform or AI‑enabled engineering initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and matrix‑organization management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
• Deep understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps and release management.
• Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle.
