Project Manager - Planning (CPAS)

About the role

Isprava is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Planning (CPAS) to lead the planning and execution of multiple luxury villa projects in Goa. The role works closely with the Project Director to ensure on‑time delivery, cost control, and high‑quality standards across all phases of development.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall project planning and execution for several concurrent luxury villa projects.
• Plan, track, and coordinate deliverables for in‑house teams, external consultants, and vendors.
• Interpret design and architectural drawings, manage changes during construction.
• Control site progress, logistics, vendor management, and cost management.
• Research and implement new materials and technologies for faster, cost‑effective solutions.
• Manage resource planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Review project plans, estimate costs, schedule deliverables, and monitor budgets.
• Prepare monthly expense reports, cash‑flow forecasts, and ensure alignment with annual targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project or construction management, preferably in real‑estate development.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• System‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
