About the role
EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead national PAS WKFA initiatives within the CNS‑PC‑Talent practice in New Delhi. The role supports clients in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce transformation and HR change.
Key responsibilities
- Apply project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery across consulting engagements.
- Plan, track and coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables with precision.
- Manage project documentation, status reporting and issue tracking.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive organization and workforce transformation, change experience & learning, purpose, culture and leadership, and HR transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to plan, track and coordinate project activities accurately.
- Proficiency in managing project documentation, status reporting and issue tracking.
- Capability to work across multiple stakeholders.
