Project Manager – Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Lead/Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress, upcoming activities, and any changes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver formal progress reports, such as weekly status updates.
• Engage with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to follow design plans safely.
• Collaborate with functional teams to maintain high standards of execution and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing projects or operations, preferably in a construction or installation environment.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure on‑time delivery.
