Project Manager (Operations Lead)

About the role
The Operations Lead/Project Manager will own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on all project activities and ensuring smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and meet project deadlines.
- Facilitate communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver formal progress reports, such as weekly progress updates.
- Engage with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to execute work safely and according to design plans.
- Collaborate with functional teams to maintain high standards of execution and customer experience.
Required profile
- Proven ability to engage clients and provide regular project updates.
- Experience coordinating resources through manpower agencies.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with design professionals, vendors, and internal teams.
