Project Manager – Nearshore High Voltage Cable Installation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering scopes for nearshore high‑voltage cable installation projects, including tendering and front‑end engineering design (FEED) where required. The role involves planning, coordinating and executing all engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute engineering tasks for nearshore high‑voltage cable installations.
• Support and manage projects from inception to completion, covering dredging, PLGR, HDD, trenching, pull‑in and related operations.
• Develop and document work methods, RFPs, project schedules and procedures tailored to shallow‑water vessels, barges and landfall operations.
• Assist in developing projects that enhance the company’s nearshore installation capabilities and competitiveness.
• Engage daily with internal and external stakeholders and cross‑functional departments to ensure project success.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in nearshore cable or pipeline installation projects, preferably with barge‑based solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of installation methodology in nearshore environments.
• Proven ability to work with functional managers and installation managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic CAD tool usage.
• Experience with OrcaFlex or similar engineering software (advantageous).
