Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics products and services. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics products and service projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams involved in Dynamics implementations, customizations, integrations, migrations, or support.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
• Drive process improvements and mentor project team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional technical and functional teams on Microsoft Dynamics projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 (implementation, customization, integration, migration, support).
• Project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
